Deep in your heart, you know that God is calling you to a level of purpose you have yet to achieve.
You may know what it is, you may be afraid to acknowledge it, you may even be denying yourself the permission to have it.
That’s because you think you’re in charge. After all, you’ve achieved levels of success that have surpassed the masses and are used to accomplishment, performance and overachieving.
Your identity is wrapped up in recognition, money and success, “requiring” you to be consistently busy, doing and striving. Your likely feeling burnout is nipping at your heels quite often.
On the flipside, you don’t feel in charge at all. Your need for approval, fears of failure, success, or possibly in the spotlight (where judgment, rejection, and criticism are the norm) may have paralyzed you. You overthink, control details and are being strangled by the noose of perfectionism.
In a nutshell…your greatest fear is either LETTING GO or STARTING. Or both.
